What does online personal training involve?
It involves us coming together and working on a fitness plan and goals, Learning about your specific fitness needs, Do’s and don’t’s, frequent support via Whatsapp messenger and weekly in-depth online training. But most importantly,

How often will you check in with me?
Every single day!! I’m available to you 24/7.
Can I train when I am pregnant?
Of course! It is actually recommended by doctors. However, you will need to get clearance from your doctor before starting your training with me. We have helped many mothers in the past and are ready to help you!
I’m a beginner, will this be suitable for me?
Yes, when I create your plan, ill keep in mind both your level of experience
And your goals. I work with beginners to advanced lifters. Upon sign up we will have a 15min Zoom consultation, this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan.
What if I travel frequently?
Many of my clients have jobs that require them to travel regularly, this makes online personal training and ideal fit for them. Im happy to alter the plan so that you can stay on track while travelling.
How will I know if im doing the exercises/ movements correctly?
I will demonstrate each exercise and ensure you understand each movement correctly. I will also watch you during sessions to critique your form to ensure you master it correctly.
Can I train when I am pregnant?

How will you measure my progress?
We will be doing progress checks every three weeks. We will use circumference and a scale to measure progress and do an exercise assessment to check your fitness progression.
How will you track what I eat?
You will send me pictures of meals daily if that’s what you need to keep you accountable. Otherwise, I will know by your exercise performance if you’re slacking.
Will I need equipment if I am training from home?
You can start off with a basic body weight program in the beginning. Depending on your strength and experience we will add weights, which need to purchase to add to your home gym. In any event, the costs will be kept to a minimum, and I will give you a list of what you may need.

You can sign up directly via this website – simply scroll down and select the package which is best for you. Make the required payment. Upon signing up, I will then email you to schedule an online zoom consultation to create your awesome training plan. Once this is done, I will send you everything you need ensuring you are 100% happy with what is required to achieve your goals!
