Jaefit offers online personal training and assists with all round health and wellness. We help you improve your strength, power, endurance and mobility. Workouts are customized to your goals. Designed for those who want personalized advice that can be executed at home, on the road, or in the gym. When you’re first starting out, accountability is key, we will monitor your progress and fine-tune your program as you improve!

We offer safe fitness training for women and men. No matter what stage of life you are in. We specialise in pre-and postnatal training.

How does Online Personal Training work?

Once you have purchased your package, I will be notified via email. I will then contact you and request a 10min Zoom for your consultation. With this information, I will design programs specifically for you and your goals.

Progress checks will be done every three weeks. I will keep you accountable, and you WILL reach goals, whether walking 3x a week, doing strength 2x a week, or smashing 3km! Whatever it maybe be, we’re going to work for it! Fine-tuning your programs as you improve.
